Congratulations to Amy Glass for being selected as a member of the Class of 2026 Spartan Pride award! During her time at Scituate, Amy has excelled in Art Class, earned the pathway endorsement, holds a job, and is also a talented Hockey and Lacrosse Player. She has spent so much time in art and is always so positive and hardworking. She is a great example of what a Spartan should be! Her ability to juggle everything and maintain a positive attitude is impressive. She is also reliable, very self-aware, and shows off her SPARTAN PRIDE spirit! We are excited to see what Amy will achieve in the future.

He enjoys working to improve himself, but also sees the bigger picture in collaborative work. He is always ready to mentor and help others. We know Josh will do great things in his future!

Congratulations, Aviah Fraere, for being selected as a Class of 2026 Spartan Pride award winner! Aviah is a student who has helped shape HOSA and the Biomedical Program here at Scituate. From her freshman year until graduation, she has shown growth and the ability to lead others, as is seen with her position on the RI HOSA Executive Council. Younger students look up to Aviah and her accomplishments as a part of the pathway. We look forward to seeing her achieve her dreams!

Drake consistently has gone out of his way to greet every student, making others feel seen and valued. Despite injuries that impacted multiple sports seasons, he remained committed, always showing up to support his teammates. In the classroom, Drake demonstrates a strong work ethic that carries over into every aspect of his life. His positive attitude has the power to brighten anyone’s day. The Class of 2026 had one final walk through the halls at each one of our Scituate school buildings yesterday. This was an incredibly meaningful moment for our school community. Students were able to reconnect with their elementary and middle school teachers and staff, and our elementary and middle school students had the chance to celebrate with them. We are beyond excited to see what's in store for our graduating class. Congratulations to the Class of 2026!



The Class of 2026 enjoyed their Senior Breakfast yesterday morning at Foster Country Club! Students spent the morning signing and looking through their yearbook while relaxing together one last time before graduation.









Field Day 2026 was a huge hit! Thank you to all our parent volunteers for making today so memorable for our students.



Yesterday, our elementary students (soon to be middle school students) had the opportunity to explore Scituate Middle and High School during our middle school Open House! Students were introduced to teachers and staff, played an icebreaker game, and enjoyed touring the school with teachers. We can't wait to see you all in the hallways again in the fall!

This month, two Scituate School Department elementary schools were recognized by the Rhode Island Department of Education - RIDE in partnership with the Rhode Island FC as winners of the Attendance Matters Challenge!
We are thrilled to congratulate both Clayville and Hope Elementary on this exciting achievement! Both schools showed significant improvement in their attendance scores.
Clayville was selected as a week two winner. In the 2025-2026 school year, Clayville improved attendance by 27% from the previous year and showed a 3.7% increase in attendance during the week of May 4th - May 8th.
Hope Elementary was honored as a week three winner and has shown a 6.7% increase in attendance. Both schools have demonstrated among the greatest week-over-week improvements in attendance across Rhode Island elementary schools. This is an incredible accomplishment and a reflection of the strong work and collaboration happening across our families, staff, and community!

On Thursday night, students took part in Goodnight Lights in Providence! Our Spartans stood across from Hasbro Children's Hospital and put on a light show with their flashlights for the children inside.

We are so proud of our Spartans for their performance at our Pops Concert on Wednesday night! Thank you to the families and community members who came out to support our students.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to celebrate our student athletes as they made their decisions to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level. We are incredibly proud of our Spartans and can’t wait to see what the future holds for them! Thank you to the Scituate Athletic Booster Club for their help in organizing this event!
